  Dr. Clary was my primary doctor all throughout my childhood years, and now that I’ve changed to a facility that caters to adults, I thought it necessary to share my experience with Dr. Clary so that you may make an informed choice when deciding a doctor for your child. I was a member of the Oak Ridge Pediatric Clinic patient’s list since my birth in ’91, and I’ve been to the clinic many times since. While the clinic itself isn’t the fastest to process their patients (I’ve had times where I’ve waited for around an hour or so during flu season and the like), Dr. Clary has always seen me so long as I call to make the appointment beforehand. Walk-ins may not receive the same treatment as the doctor might not be in. Secondly, if you need a same-day appointment, you’re in luck; nearly appointments I’ve made with Dr. Clary have been same-day, even for issues as minor as a cold (of course, when I was still a baby, my mother often made appointments several weeks in advance), and there have been days where Dr. Clary was not in the office. Dr. Clary himself is a rather genial man and I’ve always been comfortable around him and his nursing staff. He was highly professional and always took the time to sit down and listen to any issues I felt I needed to share. Dr. Clary will still ask his own questions, of course, but he will hear you out first. Over all, I would highly recommend Dr. Clary and the Oak Ridge Pediatric Clinic for a child of any age, infant to pre-teen. - S.K.Pappas

  Dr. Clary has been my primary physician my entire life. I have seen other doctors, and especially after experiences in emergency rooms in Oak Ridge AND Knoxville, and the student health center at UT, Dr. Clary is by far the most efficient and knowledgeable doctor I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. He has always been great about follow-ups and making sure I was okay after I had mono, walking pneumonia, the flu, and a kidney infection. This doctor has prevented me from being seriously ill (possibly losing a kidney) by recognizing my symptoms and properly diagnosing me early on on more than one occasion. I literally trust this man with my life. The day I have to stop seeing him will be a very sad day indeed. Also, the nurses at the clinic are very nice and keep the environment very sterile.
